How long does delivery take?

Processing Time

Orders are processed, confirmed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed.

Delivery Time

Delivery within the United Kingdom usually takes 7–15 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs processing or other circumstances outside our control. During busy seasonal periods, such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

Shipping Costs

We offer free premium shipping on all orders.

This includes protection in the event that your parcel is lost or damaged during transit.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You can track your order at any time via the “Track Your Order” page on our website.

For logistical reasons, orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate parcels.

My tracking information is not working

It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to become available or update after your order has been shipped.
